ne999 Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ne999 ("ne999", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your use of the ne999 online gaming platform accessible at https://ne999.win and any associated mobile applications ("Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet on ne999, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and use ne999 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on ne999 or have a currently active account suspension.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or organisation when using the Platform.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and keep that information up to date.

ne999 does not make any representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using ne999 is lawful where you are located.

3 Your Account

Each individual may hold only one ne999 account. Registering or operating more than one account — whether under your own name, a different name or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone.
• You must notify ne999 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• ne999 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account registration requires a valid email address and mobile number. These must belong to you and must remain active throughout your use of the Platform.
• ne999 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for an extended period, subject to applicable rules on dormant account balances.

ne999 may carry out identity verification checks at registration or at any subsequent point. You agree to co-operate fully with any such checks and to supply any documentation reasonably requested in a timely manner.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ne999 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ne999 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and approved mobile wallets. No currency conversion is applied at any stage.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method in your own name that has been used to deposit on the account, or to a verified bank account in your name.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. ne999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times may be affected by the receiving institution.
• ne999 may request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Providing false information to facilitate a withdrawal is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts that belong to you. Third-party funding is not permitted.
• ne999 reserves the right to reverse a deposit or withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or a technical error.

5 Betting Rules

Placing bets on ne999 is subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules and game-specific rules are displayed within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change until the bet is accepted.
• Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended except where ne999 expressly permits it for a specific market.
• ne999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by match fixing, corruption or irregularity, or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• Cricket markets, including Pakistan Super League (PSL) and T20 internationals, are governed by the cricket-specific rules displayed in the Betting section.
• ne999 may impose bet limits on any market, player or event at its discretion. Maximum payout limits apply and are displayed on the relevant market.
• In-play betting is offered on selected markets. ne999 does not guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets during live events.
• ne999's decision on the settlement of all bets is final. Disputes must be raised via the support contact within 30 days of settlement.

Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed at the point of placement and may vary by sport, market and your account tier.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ne999 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer in addition to the general conditions set out here.

• Bonuses are credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games and time limits are specified on each promotion. Failure to meet requirements within the stated period will result in bonus funds being removed.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, household, IP address and device unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• ne999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or expire any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion will be given reasonable notice of any material change.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including multi-accounting, hedging bets across accounts or exploiting pricing errors to guarantee a bonus withdrawal — will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed.

7 Responsible Gaming

ne999 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We offer tools to help you manage your activity and encourage all players to use them proactively rather than waiting until gaming becomes a problem.

• Deposit limits can be set on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Once a lower limit is set it takes effect immediately. Requests to raise limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session time limits allow you to set a maximum amount of time per gaming session before you are automatically logged out.
• Self-exclusion is available for periods ranging from a short break to a permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period your account will be suspended and you will not receive marketing communications.
• Reality check reminders can be enabled to notify you of time spent on the Platform during any session.

ne999 does not accept bets from players who have self-excluded. If you attempt to re-register during a self-exclusion period, we will close the new account as soon as it is identified. Please contact support if you believe a self-exclusion has not been applied correctly.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ne999. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false identity, age or contact information during registration or verification.
• Opening or operating more than one account on ne999.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering or financial crime purpose.
• Participating in, facilitating or benefiting from match fixing or any corrupt activity affecting the outcome of any event available on ne999.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software or tools to interact with the Platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in casino or live dealer games.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs or pricing mistakes to place bets at incorrect odds. Any such bets will be voided.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing ne999 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ne999 Platform — including but not limited to the ne999 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text and data — is the property of ne999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display or create derivative works from any ne999 content without prior written permission.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment as a registered user.
• This licence does not extend to any commercial use of ne999 content or to any use that could damage the ne999 brand.

10 Limitation of Liability

ne999 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors or force majeure events.

• ne999 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• ne999's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the PKR balance held in your account at the time of the claim.
• ne999 is not responsible for third-party payment processing delays or failures caused by JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, banks or card networks.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Privacy and Data

Your use of ne999 involves the collection and processing of personal data. How we collect, use and protect your data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering on ne999 you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes identity verification, transaction monitoring and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.

• You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
• ne999 does not sell personal data to third parties for their independent marketing use.
• Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory bodies where legally required.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ne999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ne999 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify active account holders via email or an in-Platform message.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using ne999 and may request account closure and withdrawal of any available balance.
